Welcome to the Blue Rocket Books web site (the "Site"). This Site is intended for use by college students who wish to purchase textbooks, receive a buyback estimate, or do comparison shopping. This Site is made available to you by Evolution Enterprises doing business as Blue Rocket Books ("Blue Rocket Books") subject to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use, do not access or use this Site.

The United States Export Control laws prohibit the export and re-export of certain technical data and software to certain territories. No content from this Site may be downloaded or otherwise transmitted in violation of the United States Export Control laws.
Pricing
We cannot confirm the price of an item on the Site until you order -- it is possible that such price may increase or decrease between the time the item is placed in the shopping cart and the time that the purchase is actually made. Despite our best efforts, an item may be priced incorrectly on the Site. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased via the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Product Descriptions
Blue Rocket Books attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing the products listed on the Site. However, Blue Rocket Books does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you purchase an item from Blue Rocket Books that is not as described on the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return the item for a refund.
Age of Users
Blue Rocket Books does not intend for the Site to be used by individuals under the age of 18 without the supervision of a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Termination of Usage
Blue Rocket Books reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or deny access to all or any part of the Site, without notice, for any reason in Blue Rocket Books. sole discretion.

Severability

Applicable Law
This Site is created and controlled by Blue Rocket Books in the State of Texas. The laws of the State of Texas will govern these Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
Dispute Resolution
We will do our best to resolve any controversy or dispute that you may have with us in a satisfactory manner. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute, then either party shall submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.
Modification
Blue Rocket Books may change these Terms of Use and other guidelines and rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
